So for this Monday I have decided to return to what I do best, just post good music for you to start your week off right and enjoy. I have a nice mix of new and some tried and true.
As always,
Enjoy.

I heard this song for the first time Friday driving Seth to school, I loved it instantly! So much so I almost pulled over to write it down, except the roads were so icy from our RAIN STORM the night before I did not want to have an accident... crazy Canadian weather. Excellent song.
I love the Black Eyed Peas. I love the beat and whenever it's on I always move. I used them for this MM because of the great job they did yesterday for the half time show. Hoo-ra Greenbay!

I have a long history with Weezer. I also really love the sweater song, but the tempo is better in Buddy Holly. And because this past week (Feb 3, was the anniversary of "the day the music died", I chose it instead). In case you don't know what that means, click here.

I heard this and instantly fell in love. I've loved Pink for a while, and yet when I heard this song I somehow love her even more. I hope she comes to Edmonton one day.

Obvious classic!

This weekend Drew and I went with the Brits to so see the movie Sanctum.
I had no idea one movie could contain every possible nightmare I have in one sitting. It was 2 hours of terrifying, heart wrenching, awful, fear. Rock climbing accident after rock climbing accident, small tight dark places, and drowning.
Just writing this I feel panicked again.... shudder. Terrible movie. Unless you like that sort of crap.
Today:
I am grateful for finally feeling capable enough (it's just weeks shy of a full year after my accident) to actually do a proper clean of my house. I cleaned and purged, and organized and man does it feel good to be able to do that again. And for that, I am grateful. I am grateful for health, for a strong body, and for feeling more and more like myself every day.
I am grateful for a clean and organized house, I feel like I can breath again.
I am grateful for a nice weekend.
