No IMS for me today, which in itself is wonderful, but what made today extra special is that my friend Melanie had physio the same time I did today and SHE had to get needles.
Amen to tender mercies!
So this afternoon I had the opportunity to watch Mel get tortured and giggle about it while taking pictures for everyone to see.
Ya ya ya, I know that sounds sick, but we have been friends since kindergarten, she was there when I delivered Nora, and she asked me to, so never mind.
This is when physio guy begins by putting one tiny needle into Mel's muscle.
This is Mel taking it really well
The sweats have begun
Needle number two
Physio guy not sure what to do about her screaming
Moving on to neck
mopping up all the blood.
Melanie was a good sport, here is a little video of a part of her needle therapy.
Ooh How I don't miss that!
Today:
I am grateful for the beautiful weather, it is so nice.
I am grateful for Seth's School, they are such a blessing
I am grateful for how much fun Drew is having in Nova Scotia.

Unrelated, today while driving home I was stuck behind this bad boy taking up the ENTIRE road!
I kept waiting for something to shoot out of that tube at me.
