This morning at 1:30 am Nora began a long day of vomiting and explosive diarrhea. Sharfing as it is referred to here. This little creature has the ability to make me so nuts one day that I seriously considered leaving her on the side of the road, then the very next day I feel so bad for her all I want to do is hold her.
I guess that's what being a mom is all about. A roller coaster of emotions.
Unrelated,
When I woke up this morning and looked at my calendar to see what I was going to miss do to Nora being ill, I noticed it said it was Immaculate Conception Day. I have really no idea what that means, but I tell you all day I was giggling to myself when I would think about seasonal cards I could make, or signs to put up. Happy Immaculate Conception Day everyone!
I really need this week to be over soon!
Today
I am grateful for how happy I am. This time of year often has a negative effect on some people. Thankfully this year is better.
I am grateful there are only 17 days left until Christmas. I am excited.
I am grateful for getting to go shopping tonight so I could get out of the house from my long day full of Sharf.
